# HEVC support on android

Does H265 (HEVC) work for you in React-native-webrtc?  
I have a problem where it works fine in Chrome, but when I try to run it through the React app, I get an error saying that the codec is not supported.

Moreover H265 works over HLS, but not over Webrtc.
