App crashed when I am going to use react-native-webrtc in RN 0.59.9

Expected behavior

I am going to implement voice, video call using react-native-webrtc 1.75.1

Observed behavior

I install the package under https://github.com/react-native-webrtc/react-native-webrtc/blob/master/Documentation/AndroidInstallation.md

And run the project.
But the app was crashed after the splash screen.
