I tested a couple of years ago the RCTWebRTCDemo and made it work on browser, IOS and Android.
I’ve seen it is not working anymore.
What happened to it?
It was the best demo I´ve ever seen.
It would be very helpful to have something like that in the examples folder.
Try those:
They are 2 years old but last time I’ve checked they worked. You can always try to update them or create your own versions.
